Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology concept that applies Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning that is able to mimic human actions while interacting with computer applications to complete work. Some human interactions with the computer that can be automated are keyboard inputs, mouse movements, and clicks, and reading computer screens. Humans can do it all, but with RPA everything can do it faster, accurately, and more consistently than people.
